Fritz Keck is a local artist best known for his "Once Upon a Time" catalog of distinctive Pittsburgh scenes. At Duquesne Works steel mill near Pittsburgh, tons of steel scrap are dumped into the off-site manufacturing (OSM) furnace by two charging machines which hydraulically lift the scrap box into the mouth of the furnace.
