Fritz Keck is a local artist best known for his "Once Upon a Time" catalog of distinctive Pittsburgh scenes. The setting here captures the "Sailor" sternwheeler, which was built in 1924 as part of the J&L fleet. The vessel was later renamed the "C.D. O'Connor".
