Fritz Keck is a local artist best known for his "Once Upon a Time" catalog of distinctive Pittsburgh scenes. Captured here is a J&L Steel towboat and ferry transporting freight cars between Eliza Works and Aliquippa (1931). In the foreground, the South 10th Street Bridge is under construction.
