Fritz Keck is a local artist best known for his "Once Upon a Time" catalog of distinctive Pittsburgh scenes. Jones & Laughlin Steel Company Soho Works at night. Located near Pittsburgh on the Monongahela River, Soho Works began operation in 1860 and was closed in 1977 and razed in 1980. Steel was railroaded across the river on the Hot Metal Bridge on the South Side for processing.
