Fritz Keck is a local artist best known for his "Once Upon a Time" catalog of distinctive Pittsburgh scenes. The scene depicted here is arguably the most popular meeting place in downtown Pittsburgh, the Kaufmann's clock at Fifth Avenue and Smithfield Street (1940).
